Lord of the Rings Online - LOTRO - Uruk Blackarrow Skills and Traits
The skills and traits for the Uruk Blackarrow monster class in Lord of the Rings Online (LOTRO).
The Blackarrow is one of my favorite monster play classes and my BA is currently the only rank 2 BA on the Windfola server as far as I know. The Blackarrow has great ranged damage, a trait that turns his initial slow into a root, a great fire DOT that does good damage and also keeps freeps from stealthing, and some great rank 2 and 3 skills. A group of Blackarrows with the proper skillset is a force to be reckoned with.
