I've killed kronos a couple of times and here's a couple methods to get the job done. Before you start in on him you have to kill the other mobs in the room and this is pretty easy as there are only about 10 of them or so. If you have a good tank it's really pretty easy and I have always done it with only one healer. Here's the Catch, YOU NEED THE LEVITATE BUFF!

Method 1: Interrupts

A group comprised of melee damage can pretty much neutralize Kronos's damage as he is a nuker and gets interrupted every other cast or so.

Method 2: 2 Healers

If you don't have a group comprised mainly of melee damage you will probably need 2 healers. Nuker DPS is obviously ub4r but without the interruption people can get hit pretty hard.

So basically when you engage him he spawns adds all over the place but you won't get hit by them as long as you have the levitate buff. I read a post by my good buddy Vaeldar that says Dread Knights are more equipped to tank him than the other tanks but with all due respect.....Vaeldar happens to be a Dk...ha. So yeah it's easy so go get him.

 PS: Kronos never moves...if thats worth anything at all.
